The milling department operates both Vertical and Horizontal mills, with a 22"x24"x25" Horizontal and 40"x20"x20" Vertical work capacity. A 18,000 rpm spindle and 40hp motor on the Horizontal mill allows us to provide you better service.

Zip Products has extensive experience in precision CNC machining in materials such as: Steels, Stainless Steels, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Aluminum alloys, Aluminum castings, Titanium, Exotics, Nickel(lois), Powder metal, and Plastics.

Our CNC turning machines allow us to offer a wide range of capabilities with chucking up to 11”, a maximum part length of 16” and up to 3" through spindle with a Servo bar feeder loading what allowed us production automation.
The machines also utilize sub spindles, parts catchers and live tooling. With a 0.001 degree accuracy on the C-Axis and Y-Axis for off center machining, we are able to achieve a high level of accuracy with less operations and handling.
